Custom Soft Shade Blinds for New Zealand Homes
We work with you to create custom soft shade blinds, made to order for your home. Our Luxaflex® range brings the softness of drapery to a blind, with Silhouette®, Pirouette® and LumiShade® fabric blinds that filter sunlight, add privacy and keep your view. Book a consultation and we'll help you find the right style and fabric for your windows.
Sheer and Light Filtering Fabric Blinds
Soft shade blinds filter sunlight, soften glare and give the room a soft glow while you keep your outlook. Choose sheer or light filtering fabrics for privacy and a gentle view, or room darkening fabrics when you want a darker room.
Adjustable Vanes for Light Control and Privacy
Each range controls light in its own way. Silhouette® vanes open and close between two fabric layers, Pirouette® vanes raise and lower with the Invisi-Lift System without blocking the view, and LumiShade® vanes rotate to angle the light entering the room.
Fabric Blinds for Large Windows and Sliding Doors
LumiShade® is designed for wide windows and sliding doors. Walk through the vanes at any point, or stack them to the left, right or split to open up the doors.
Peace of Mind
Luxaflex® soft shade blinds are backed by a 5 year manufacturer's warranty when installed in domestic situations and 2 years when in commercial situations.
Luxaflex® Silhouette®, Pirouette® and LumiShade® Blinds
LumiShade® Blinds
LumiShade® is a modern vertical blind for wide windows and sliding doors. Individually curved fabric vanes rotate for light control and daytime privacy, and the alternating light filtering and room darkening panels let you close them completely for a darker room. You can walk through the vanes at any point, or stack them to the left, right or split to open up the doors. With no connecting bottom chains or weights, they operate quietly and are designed with child safety in mind.
Silhouette® Blinds
Silhouette® blinds are a Luxaflex invention, with soft fabric vanes that float between two layers of translucent or room darkening fabric. With the vanes open, they diffuse the light and give the room a soft glow while preserving your view. With the vanes closed, they provide privacy and 99% UV protection. The white backing helps reduce heat transmission, and the vanes come in 50mm for a classic, understated look or 65mm and 75mm for a bolder statement. Well suited to living and office areas, and available with manual or motorised control.
Pirouette® Blinds
Pirouette® blinds blend softness and structure with three-dimensional fabric vanes that float on a single sheer backing, filtering sunlight, adjusting your view and offering privacy. The vanes open and close with ease, and the Invisi-Lift System lets them be fully raised and lowered without obstructing the view. Available in a wide range of fabrics, textures and colours, with matching fabric-covered headrails and bottom rails for a sleek, premium finish. With Pirouette ClearView™, sheer fabric lets you enjoy the outdoor scenery while keeping your privacy. Available with manual or motorised control.
Motorised Soft Shade Blinds
Silhouette® and Pirouette® blinds can be motorised, so they open, close and adjust at the touch of a button, with no cords or chains. Control them by remote, wall switch, smart device or voice.
