We promise a 14-day money-back guarantee on linens and homewares purchased online.

Clearance items are final sale and excluded from this guarantee.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any linen or homeware product purchased online, please return it to us in original condition, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Beds & Mattresses

Beds & Mattresses purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged except at the absolute discretion of McKenzie & Willis.

Furniture and other large items

Furniture items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged except at the absolute discretion of McKenzie & Willis. If you have any concerns with your purchase or would like more information regarding returning furniture and other large items please contact us on enquiry@mcw.nz

To Return Linen & Homewares

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. When sending your item back, please ensure postage is paid and attached, and addressed to the return address below. Before returning your goods, please get in touch with us on 0800 888 999 or enquiry@mcw.nz so we can assist you.

Unfortunately, any delivery fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), we will cover any costs to deliver the replacement item to you. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

To ensure that best possible fulfilment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles you require. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss payment options with you and they will advise on delivery time frames. If you do reserve your reorder over the phone, then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.

Remember: returned articles are insured by us against damage or loss.
