Excellent helpful customer service, free delivery and absolutely excellent communication. Many thanks. The mattress is superb. Great sleep and no stiffness or sore back in the morning. Of course the old mattress was well past its use-by date - over 50 years old - so no real cause for complaint. If this new one goes half the distance will be very happy. Thanks again.
